MNS Public Health Update-8/2022

Greetings Midwest Notary (formerly known as 313 Notary) Customers,
Due to surging COVID-19 & various communicable diseases cases throughout the state of MI,
Midwest Notary & Settlement is working remotely/by appointment only to slow the infection spread.

We are adding Remote Online Notarization to our list of services to ensure public safety & meet the needs of signers quickly. 

The following rules are reinstated effective immediately:  

• All signers must wear a mask and/or practice social distancing during signing appointments. Masks will be provided onsite. 
• Staff will provide pre-sanitized pens to signers, only by request. 
• We prefer to schedule all appointment virtually as our physical office is temporarily closing for sanitation.
